Removing spots and stains from garments is a complimentary part of our cleaning services. As stains vary in composition and different materials are affected differently, it's best not to rub or blot stains, as this can set them and cause permanent damage. Our professionals are trained to treat stains effectively, however it's best to bring your item to one of our agents as soon as possible, after soiling occurs, for best results.

We use various methods for stain removal, including dry cleaning, wet cleaning and special treatments with agents and stain removers. While we take great care with every stain, some type of stains may pose risks of discoloration or fabric damage, especially for delicate fabrics. We will consult you if there is a risk of damage from the stain removal process in which case we will need your consent and indemnity to proceed.

Yes, we do clean wedding dresses, we will need to assess the dress to give a final price, but price starts at $299. Your best option is to drop it off at one of our agents, the team will assess the dress & contact the client with a final price, work will only commence when the client agrees on the final price.

Ps: Wedding dress cleaning service is a long process & will require weeks to clean.
