Who We Are

Dream Dry Cleaning & Laundry offers a variety of professional services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Serving the Greater Cairns, Tablelands & Port Douglas region, our dedicated team ensures fast, reliable, and conveniently located services.

For our retail customers, we have agents near you who handle your drop off & pick up needs with ease and efficiency. Additionally, from July 2025, we will be able to provide linen laundry services for commercial clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, Airbnb properties, resorts, restaurants, venues, and weddings.

Our valet dry cleaning and laundry services offer the utmost convenience for all our clients.

Quality Control

Quality control is carried out at each stage of the cleaning process. The moment a garment is handed over at the counter, it is carefully inspected for stains and irregularities. Loose buttons are fixed on the spot, while broken buttons/clasps/zips, fallen hems and other irregularities are reported to the client to decide what repair action should be taken.

Then, our specialists meticulously identify any stains on each garment, which are then subjected to a two-stage process. This is followed by dry cleaning/washing and pressing. At each stage, our well-trained staff check the quality of the previous stage before releasing it to the next stage. The final inspection takes place prior to bagging to ensure that we return the garment to you in pristine condition.

yes we offer same day express service for an extra fee. Note the garments will need to be at your nearest agent before 10.30am
Garment Care

Removing spots and stains from garments is a complimentary part of our cleaning services. As stains vary in composition and different materials are affected differently, it's best not to rub or blot stains, as this can set them and cause permanent damage. Our professionals are trained to treat stains effectively, however it's best to bring your item to one of our agents as soon as possible, after soiling occurs, for best results. We use various methods for stain removal, including dry cleaning, wet cleaning and special treatments with agents and stain removers. While we take great care with every stain, some type of stains may pose risks of discoloration or fabric damage, especially for delicate fabrics. We will consult you if there is a risk of damage from the stain removal process in which case we will need your consent and indemnity to proceed.
